    I was sworn to secracy before this came out but because he apparently has withdrawn his statement I believe the story will never come out.

    Anyways...
    You know the England player who was meant to come out as gay? The player was Daniel Sturridge, I know a reporter who was working for the company the story was going to be brought out with and he was more than happy to publish the story with a interview and everything but pulled out because I believe it was with The Sun and how Liverpool view that newspaper he decided it wasn't the right time in his career.

    Could all be false however but that as what I've been told from #insidesources

    Sturridge has always seemed a model professional to me. Always got a good attitude and doesn't get into controversies.

    I'm pretty sure Liverpool players are banned from speaking to "The Sun"? So I doubt Sturridge would be doing an exclusive interview with them.

    meh, gay or straight just wish he'd get fit and get back to scoring goals.

    Does his sexuality effect his ability to play......No, didn't think so and thats all I really care about.

    If he didn't have 20 kids already I would have guessed Raheem. There's something about him. He might be bi or pansexual though I suppose.

    I remember this rumour about a mystery gay player. Sturridge would have been a city player at the time I think.

    I'd greatly admireSturridge if this is true and he chooses to come out. He is a model pro and seems like a great guy. I wanted him as vice captain.

    on a weird way, would be quite proud if LFC player felt comfortable enough to come out. Not that I really agree with famous people 'announcing it', you're kind of defeating the point that it's normal and nothing to make a
    mesl out of by announcing it, but I'm sure the LFC fans would all get behind them.
