Went to the game today... I dont think it was the best of games but we brought along 3000 fans and it was a good atmosphere from our end which was great fun.... We got lucky with the goal but who cares! Overall, a good day out.
Drogba looked very sluggish and uninterested. McEachran and Yossi both played well in the second half.
Sturridge looked very bright in the first half. I think that the U21's kept up his fitness levels as he was the quickest player on the pitch by quite some distance. Hopefully he will get a run in the first team.

The atmosphere stated off well but tapered off as the game progressed. It was still good to get to a game and have a few beers. Can't wait for the real football to start.

I thought the first half selection had the game by the scruff of the neck and could have been further in front by half time.When they fielded the second half side, which on paper looked the stronger side, I thought we might have looked forward to a big score.As it turned out we hung on like grim death for 1-0. Off to Asia, now.
