Well, after taking in the boys first outing at H&W and then listening to the goings on at Fratton whilst simultaniously watching the golf this afternoon, I must say that I'm really looking forward to the new season.
It seems as though they're going balls out for Paterson and I totally agree we need another goalscorer or two. We should be looking far healthier than this time last year by the time the Boro game arrives..and I'm now planning a trip to the Riverside. Did'nt really fancy it a few weeks back but I reckon I'm not the only one who might fancy an opening awayday up north very soon. It's been a good ground for us over the last few years..and I've got a feeling....

A win up there would be a great start to the season.

Look, I am sorry to do this, my old friend but I have to find out what you meant.

If your appetite has been "whetted" then that indicates that you feel that appetite in a heightened manner.

If your appetite has been wetted, then that sort of indicates that someone has poured cold water over it, and you are not looking forward to it at all.

Have you been dropping your h's? You know that I wouldn't dream of pointing out an error in someones post <whistle> but in this case there was a possible confusion, and I think we should be told.

Please insert your H where you think fit Channon. I could give you a clue, but it may not go down too well with Dev and Co. <ok>

I'd say his appetite is wetted by a few Swift Ones. <cheers>

Besides, the H is silent - like St Mary's.
