If we won our first 3 games which I expected of us if we were challengers, I can fully see why we can make the case for being challengers this year, but what part of losing at home to West Ham, failing to beat Liverpool at home, and heck failing to score in 5 of our last 6 league home games (see the bigger picture dumbo?) makes us challengers? Now you see why I say you're deluded? We can't beat West Ham at home, and you think we can go on and win the league? Right.....Makes perfect logical sense.
We haven't had any conversation about being title challengers, all I've said is 3 games is too soon to write the season off. I was disagreeing that it's all over after 3 games. Whether we will challenge or not I think is yet to be seen. I think we are very close to having what we need to win a title but are currently a little way off unless we make a signing or two. I think with Cech, Ozil, Sanchez etc we have a handful of very good players who can help push us to success and I think this early on any top team could manage to string the results together to be having a go at the title. Whether we will or not is another matter entirely. I do think we will be up there with city and Chelsea come the end of the season, but without adding to the squad I think it could be tough when our inevitable injury list grows.

i never wrote the season off, I merely said forget about being challengers. I fully expect us to finish in the top 4 this season, which for 'fans' like you, is the greatest thing in the world. And here's the million dollar Q, in your own words, we're 2 signings away from being title winners, so if we don't make those signings, where does the buck stop, and who should shoulder the blame? Does Wenger get his 1 millionth chance in the summer to get things right again?
