Ince has played every minute in Derby's opening four league games, without scoring, hopefully that will carry on until November, so we can give him a burst of 'what a waste of money' (though he's bound to score against us).
International Call-Ups: September There may be no fixture for the Tigers this coming weekend, but for some members of the first team squad the hectic start to the new season continues on international duty. No fewer than seven of Steve Bruce’s players are currently away representing their nations in fixtures taking place over the next few days. The Club’s Scottish contingent featuring Allan McGregor, Andrew Robertson and new signing Shaun Maloney have joined up with the rest of Gordon Strachan’s squad for Euro 2015 qualifiers against Georgia and Germany, to be played on Friday and Monday in Tblisi and Glasgow respectively. Scotland are currently third in Group D and will be targeting a couple of positive results to keep up their hopes of qualifying for the final tournament. David Meyler will also be hoping to face Georgia after being named in the Republic of Ireland squad for their clash in Dublin on Monday. First up for the Irish, though, is a trip to Faro to take on Gibraltar on Friday as they look to turn up the heat on the sides above them in Group D. Abel Hernandez faces some long distance travelling as he teams up with Uruguay for games against Panama and Costa Rica next week while Caluam Jahraldo-Martin is also clocking up the air miles after being selected by Antigua & Barbuda to face Guatemala. Brian Lenihan is in the Republic of Ireland U21 squad for their fixtures against Qatar and Andorra, but Chuba Akpom has withdrawn from the England U21 squad ahead of their games against USA and Norway. http://www.hullcitytigers.com/news/...ps-september-2664828.aspx#Uzmvlqbwq0DIBylp.99 I think our new boy should probably be on there as well?
I don't think he's actually flown over yet, sure the HDM said something about him joining the rest of the squad later this week.
https://promotions.betfair.com/uk-s...2584&bid=9405dclid=CNzoh7G22ccCFS2RwgodkRwAIQ I'm still trying to wrap my head around this. The easiest £20 you'll ever make.
Wait a minute, we don't have a Welsh player at the moment? With baited breath I have to ask, when was the last time we were promoted without anyone who's Welsh? Chester was with us last time, Ricketts in 2008, and in D3 and L1 we had Price. Before those it was 19 years without promotion so we must be going some way back.
