    Will the return of off throttle blowing under valencian condition help or hinder McLaren?

    It should help them.

    Of all the front runners prior to Silverstone, McLaren went backwards more than any others. Their car is not generating enough downforce and they are heavily reliant upon this system, having copied it from Red Bull and then redesigning their car to accommodate it. Without it, they were floundering.
