Is this just a job to you? Supplemented by "do you have the first idea what it is like for us supporters, what we go through and how it affects our daily lives"
Tell me Mr Short. are you hoping that by some means and by not spending we manage to stay up this year so you can reap the rewards of the big sky deal next year? If not, then why appoint a well respected manger in his late 60's who will be retired in 10 months time.
I would ask the hierarchy to publicly display the history of the players who we have tried sign and when over the past ten years.
It came with no strings or accusations since I honestly believe that we have given our best shot in most cases to sign some handy players. Unfortunately at the minute we are contractually stuck with what we have. We may go on about footballs riches but it is the players who reap the biggest benefits in good times or bad. They have the owner, manager and fans by the bollocks without the need to show a shred of loyalty to any.
If we are relegated and the players wages are halved, will the wages of the useless twats on the board also be halved?
Why do we have a board more suited to a firm of divorce lawyers rather than a premier league football club?
I'd ask John O'Shea why he feels the need to give the opposition a round of applause for every goal they score.
I'd ask Short if he has learnt anything about running a football club in his time at Sunderland and what would he have done differently.
