anyone watching? First episode is almost over. I like this one a hell of a lot more than the first episode of the walking dead. Looks like it's going to be a good show.

I think it's coming to BT in England so won't get chance to watch it. I'm a big fan of the walking dead though so i might stream it if it gets good reviews

It just finished. The reviews will be stellar man. Its far more horror than the walking dead was in the first episode and there are no annoying characters so far which was a big problem with the walking dead. Your going to love it man, stream it right now, it's on like 3 times in a row. Honestly you can just feel that this will be far better than the walking dead.

I thought it was disappointing. Slow paced. A bit soap opera-esque.

The original series gets better. The first two series seem a bit low budget in comparison.

Not exactly a prequel. It is set in a different city (LA as oppose to Atlanta), with different characters, but starts earlier in time than season 1 of TWD.

There are two other series similar which I've seen pop up in the recommended bit on sky. Ones called Z nation can't remember the other. Not watched either yet assumed they'd be **** as most these bandwagon shows are and I'd never heard of either.

Just about to stick on the first episode of Zoo which started last weekend. Looks interesting, something a bit different.

ZNation is complete garbage. Izombie is decent, although it's more of a detective/comedy.

Just finished watching it. Thought it was a solid first episode. A bit slow on the walker/zombie front but strong character development

Well the premise is that it's the beginning of the infection so it makes sense it would be slow in that respect.

Yeah, quite liked it. Characters aren't annoying. Enough walker action for Episode 1. Different feel to Walking Dead.

It will complement WD well I think. They apparently bring in another family later in the series.

Z-Nation is a SyFy series I think and garbage.
iZombie is better but more of a teenie type series. Think Buffy target market.

Anyone seen the French series The Returned?

Quill, the walking dead gets much better as you go through it.

I watched The Returned (Les Revenants). Loved it. They should hurry the **** up with series two.
