With Can holding, Milner and Coutinho ahead of him.

Coutinho in a deeper position can start the counter attacks - perfect for Ibe's pace and Firmino's movement.

 

Skrtel and Lovren can just lump it up to Benteke instead.

 

You know what, lumping or crossing the ball into the box is something that Arsenal do not like.

If you recall, I said years ago that Rodgers was looking to shift the old guard, he's more or less done it now with only Skrtel and Lucas remaining. Signing players from lower teams (something you was actually moaning about) doesn't mean you aren't signing winners. Rooney? Rio, Lampard, J.Cole, Tevez and Mascherano were at West Ham. Finnan started in the conference!
