I'm all over the place with tonights game euphoric one minute, nailed on win and smashing the Gooners by 4 then doubt comes in and I'll take a point, then it's full on depression and we're getting battered! Need to stop drinking on a Sunday. :emoticon-0107-sweat

    MATCH FACTS
    Head-to-head

    • Arsenal have lost just one of their last 15 Premier League home matches against Liverpool (W8, D6, L1).
    • Matches between Liverpool and Arsenal have produced five hat-tricks - more than any other fixture in Premier League history.
    Arsenal

    • Arsenal could lose their opening two home matches of a top-flight campaign for only the third time, after 1908-09 and 1949-50.
    • They had attempted a league-high 40 shots after the first two rounds of fixtures but their goal conversion rate is only 3%.
    • Olivier Giroud's next Premier League appearance will be his 100th. The Frenchman has scored 42 goals in 99 league games for the Gunners - only Thierry Henry (59), Ian Wright (56) and Emmanuel Adebayor (44) scored more in their first 100 league appearances for the club.
    • Mesut Ozil misplaced just one of his 55 passes against Crystal Palace and has averaged 3.61 chances created per game in the Premier League in 2015 - a higher ratio than any other player.
    Liverpool

    • Brendan Rodgers is winless in all four Premier League away matches as a manager against Arsenal (D1, L3). He only avoided defeat when his Liverpool team drew 2-2 in January 2013.
    • Martin Skrtel has scored three goals in his last two Premier League games against Arsenal.
    • Christian Benteke has scored 12 goals in his last 13 Premier League appearances.
    • Simon Mignolet has kept 11 clean sheets in 2015 - more than any other Premier League goalkeeper.

    3pts.. unlikely....
I'd take a point or at worst a "heroic" defeat..
Most likely result, we'll get taken to the cleaners...

We certainly ned to face this game as we should, being the underdog. Not conceding stupid goals is the aim here. If we can nick one great, but not losing this game is paramount, a point will do nicely.

I can only see is losing this one, but only if I base that on Arsenal's pre season and end of last season form, they were lucky to beat Palace and got beat soundly by West Ham.

4-0 Arsenal imo... we never play well there and have been pretty poor in both games so far. Skrtel and Lovren have been a mess despite the clean sheets.

    Crashing to earth imminent.

EDIT: If we play our best side and not Rodgers' usual side it could be different of course.

In the last few seasons I've been to loads of away games and never had an issue. I don't go to make any problems, so I don't get any problems.

I'd highly recommend it to be honest. I'm also looking forward to going to a shed load of games this season when we're playing away. I simply don't have the time to get up to Liverpool, but can't not watch us play live - so there's no other option for me <ok>

I've sat in the away fans and home fans sections, I'm not fussed - as long as I see the game. Obviously rather sit with Liverpool fans but that's not always an option unfortunately.

Yeah done it loads of times.

My accent is usually a give away so I can't speak for the entire game. I doubt you have the same issue mate, just don't wear your Crown Paints top and you'll be sound <ok>
