Huth probably has a point here, he just goes the wrong way of saying it. Looking at the bigger picture. Africa probably cannot on its own, sustain the population that it has. Vast areas are inhabitable for most of the year, and before western civillisation interfered with the continent, nature had its own way of keeping the numbers down. indeed tribal warfare and disease also played its part. as did natural selection. That's not to say we should let them starve. But we should not be throwing money at a problem that has evolved over a period of time. I do not know the answer but if we keep on doing what we are doing and the same situation occurs then we should look at another way to solve the problem. I am not a racist, just a realist.
