We will be playing in the Championship again next season, not a chance of going up but we are good enough for mid table

With respect SW never looked like scoring, the goal they scored was a fluke.

It was a hit and hope that hit the underside of the bar, then hit the post, then went in.

    They did not trouble Silvestri.

Leeds had loads more opportunities but squandered them

    Two more points dropped.

Are you guys still in need of further evidence of how we have not progressed. 15th is now my season end prediction.

    Whenw
you never know what you are talking about the same negativiesm ,Nobody would have stopped that goal even I clapped it was that good AS For your team Derby what about them why are they better than us I think it will be shown as goal of the season .Intriguing next week neither side has lost
Who said Dallas had a poor game made the goal and looked the part on the right wing I thought that Byram who had misplaced passes and Philipps were poor When will Erwin get a chance Dukara is useless

Went to the game today, so I can give a first hand account for what it's worth:

Improvement on Bristol City, definitely. Being a derby game, it was always going to be scrappy so I'm not all that surprised at either side's inability to retain possession. We created opportunities and had chances, but we're not nearly clinical enough - having consulted the match reports, 3 efforts on target from 20 attempts on goal is pretty poor. The goal was nice football, but Dallas was lucky to have still been on the pitch - completely anonymous. Hope he comes good soon, but had Byram merely been anonymous instead of downright poor today, it could easily have been Dallas who was hooked. Wood doesn't hold the ball up well enough for me, but credit to him for his goal. Antenucci did very little as far as I saw. Impressed by Phillips' composure after that early yellow card, but Murphy changed the game for us today. We retain possession so much better when he's in the middle.

Defence largely untroubled - their goal was pretty spectacular, so I won't blame any players for that. Wednesday were there for the taking though, and the fact we failed to win against a very poor side (again!) should be indication enough that we're set for another year of mid-table mediocrity - unless of course, we go out and sign another three or four big hitters.

Wood is a donkey - he looks like a rugby player trying to play football. They say he's good in the air but I just don't see any evidence of that. He gets caught offside a few times too. OK he scored but was awful for the rest of the game

The whole midfield were dire - Byram doesn't look like a midfielder to me and Murphy only started to look good after about 70 minutes when Wednesday basically sat back and settled for the point

Mowatt looked good when he came on, he has some skill as does Dallas who seems to play better on the right. Phillips was poor, that free kick he took right before being taken off was pathetic. I would have done better than that !

Defense looks OK (Taylor looks a good left back) but midfield needs some control

Up front Wood is big and slow and lacking anything like a decent first touch. Antenucci is still the best striking option I can see at Elland road and I thought Doukara offered something in attack when he came on

Best team on this season's evidence so far:

    Silvestri

    Byram/Berardi, Bamba, Cooper, Taylor

    ???? ???? Mowatt

    Dallas Antenucci Doukara

Poly - Wood looking like a rugby player trying to play football sums him up perfectly, as for good in the air... Mowatts first touch was a free kick, he planted it right on the head of Wood, he must have jumped less than 2 inches off the ground with his up and under header.

He was then left unmarked with the keeper stuck on his line and his header wasn't even slightly on target, his goal was all down to the build-up play, he will never score an easier one.

Byram was interviewed on Sky before the game, he was asked if he is enjoying his more attacking role in the team, his reply was that all his schoolboy football was at RB and he still considers that to be his best position and he still feels that he is a RB but if it helps the team out and he is asked to play further forward he is happy to do so.

Sounds like a player not confident or enjoying his position, personally I don't feel he is better than Berardi at RB so with his contract expiring if we can get a few million for him and bring in someone decent I say sell him.

Murphy and Mowatt turned the game around when they came on, Doukara is a useless lump. This season started with great expectations, I feel Rosler needs more time, I don't think he quite knows his best formation and line-up yet, reality check is we are a decent mid-table prospect and a couple of top quality players short.

Afternoon, the performance meant he shouldn't start in the next game. Hopefully we'll have Murphy & Cook in CM or Adyemi in CM

We're 3 pts off sixth. We're undefeated in normal time. A draw want what we needed, but we're better off than some would have us believe

Derby away next weekend, & therefore no mid week game. So the players finally get a break. Maybe next weekend will be our first win
