Totally agree we needed a strong midfield in this league plus bear in mind we do have 17 million pounds worth of strikers, still 2 weeks to go before the window shuts SB might surprise us yet.
It didn't even cross my mind nobcheese. I was simply referring to the boring ****'s continued use of asterix instead of swear word. I think most normal people wouldn't have given two ****s about my avatar. Only sad ****s like yourself. I still in full control.
That's called stealing copyrighted material. I know a lot more potty words than you do. And my dad was bigger than your dad, if you ever had one.
Good point, can't understand why we haven't. We could have overpaid for Gray as well then lent him out to Burnley. It all seems so obvious now.
I'm not sure what you expect from a midfielder but Meyler is perfect, especially if he can maintain his Weds night performance. On Wednesday night he was sensational, he did everything we've wanted a midfielder to do.Tackled, passed (accurately) linked midfield with attack. As far as performances go it was the complete performance.
Like "your ****ing muppet"? You make errors, but are too quick, to the point of tedium to highlight the irrelevant errors of others. How about a comment on the transfer activity of Hull City AFC in this transfer window? I mean you've made 48 posts on this thread out of 173 total posts & not one is on topic. Go on break your duck & stop been docile boring ****.
Your letting one performance form your overall view, when did he last play like this?? I slate thudd and jake because there consistently poor
I think Meyler is a consistent performer. I have certainly never been disappointed in any particular display. He's a good player, certainly for the Championship.
It's a Merc actually. Seriously, for a minute, was this how you imagined your retirement after spending 40+ years working in the same job? Have you no greater aspirations?
In some aspects you're very similar. You're both triers & both a little socially inept but he wasn't an anonymous cowardly **** like you.
How common. Do you have three homes as well? I still have plenty of aspirations, and I'm good at multitasking. And so must you be.
Hmmm not sure he's consitatnly good though, had Hayden done better against wolves would Meyler have started? I don't think he would
Hayden was awful against Wolves. He's not got enough experience in this league yet. We were miles better against Wolves when Meyler came on.
I agree about Hayden but I said if he'd have been better would Meyler have started? Meyler gives the ball away too much and runs around like a headless chicken, I'd love him to prove me wrong then that's 1 midfielder less we need but if you take his performances over the last 18 months rather than 1 game then he hasn't been good enough for me hence the reason we started with hayden
I agree Meyler played very well, and is a good player at this level. It was nowhere near sensational, or the complete performance. There was no defence splitting pass, he barely took a man on and I didn't feel like he created much at all. So lets not go overboard with the praise. He played well, he didn't play the complete performance. On Gray.... If we need to sell before we buy that makes complete sense. We have just come down and Bruce spent a lot of money on players last year so I don't blame the Allams for not wanting to spend their money until we get some back in.
