Knockhill on Sunday. Forecast was lousy when I looked yesterday, but now the beeb says sunny and arm... As we are going up tomorrow I maight take in whichever of rangers/ Celtic are at home. Hopefullly it's Rangers, I hate Celtic and would want them to lose which given the state of scottish premiership footie aint going to happen!f
My Boys 15th Birthday Saturday, so taking him out to Basingstoke for a spot of lunch if I can find a slot in his diary! Already got him a couple of Ralphs and Fred Perrys plus cash (the safe bet)
Told you I wasn't going to every game until I saw improvement.... I ain't seen any yet so will take on some other sporting interests while I wait. As things stand I won't be getting the half season ticket, and the longer the lack of improvement the less likely I will be to become avid again... It's too expensive to just follow the team as it under performs... 3 up.... We might just hang on. Don't hold your breath though.
Funnily enough will be wearing one on Sunday. If you know anything about btcc I am an anyone but Gordon Sheddon man. He be a sweattie! The accent I can't take off in any case!
Chesh what are you doing at home. are there no prostitues to murder on Fridays these days? A drawback of monthly pay perhaps?
Jump on a train to Edinburgh, beers in hand, & go watch league leaders Hearts at home to the mighty Partick Thistle. (Don't be put off by the 'mighty' association, btw - i.e. mighty=milwall=shiit). Upside: Mrs Glory gets to shopping wherever she wants in peace; you get to see the league leaders play the best team in Scotland; you get to bevvy (on train, Rose St, pubic triangle, & train back to God's chosen city); you can take in the topless gogo dancers down at the pubic triangle; you can sample Edinburgh Chippies' unique 'sot n sos' before your deep fried mars bar. Jeez, I'm comin' .....
Nah, up here 'btw' is a necessary abbreviation for 'beat the wallies'. It becomes so tiresome saying the full phrase so often
