Hardly a dream appointment is it? A bloke who's never managed a first team in his life.

The 'Dream' bit to me looks like a dig at Redknapp, nothing less and I wouldn't take Fernandez seriously if he was stood with a gun pointed at my head.

The guy lives in a fantasy world when it comes to football, he's got your best interests at heart for sure but he acts like a kid in a sweet shop and it's all too often to the detriment of QPR.

His own stupid dreams are irrelevant because evidently he knows very little about the game.

Just had confirmation that 'The other R in Houston' has honoured his bet, as I expected following our pm conversation ........ really decent lad.

He contributed his $150 to the church charity one of my sons just did a 28 sponsored hike for in the Welsh mountains.

Nice to see it reaffirmed that there are such decent people on here among the dross <ok>

Thanks Smug... I'm only sorry it took me that bloody long to log on and remember!!

Good luck for the rest of the season, Mackems. I know you've had a rocky start, but hopefully you'll come good.

My pleasure mate, I had no doubt you'd pay up.

It was great that the money went to a good cause and that underprivileged people will directly benefit from your generosity.

As I've suggested there are some real losers, on every board, with their nasty, snide & humourless comments but we should never forget that, behind all the banter, there are some decent people with integrity. All the best for the season and enjoy what you can of modern football .... not easy these days <ok>
