Saw this on SSN. Cudicini, Hutton, Bassong, Dawson, Assou-Ekotto, Bentley, Jenas, Huddlestone, Kranjcar, Keane, Defoe. I know Harry isn't out there but to me this is a weird selection.
Its a shop window selection, Hutton, Bassong, Bentley, Jenas & Keane all being advertised as available. Thats the way I see it.
I hope so, otherwise they are just taking up game time that could be given to players we will actually use/need next season.
It's pretty easy to imagine Redknapp standing by the side of the pitch, doing the old cockney market stall dealer bit, isn't it? Am I asking £20m? Am I asking £10m? To you love, I'll only ask for £5m.
We have 3 games out there right? I'm assuming we will use 3 different line ups to give everyone a bit of game time.
Well itsd a good thing if we do go straight through to the final, as we don't look like scoring thus far.
What're the odds these three - the only First XI players starting - will be linked with moves to Man City by Wednesday evening?
Defoe and Keane completely anonymous. Bentley seems to be trying hard, but isn't doing too much. Kranjcar made a couple of good passes. Hutton and Bassong a bit shakey.
My Half-time Ratings: Cudicini - 5, pushed a ball directly into KC strikers path that should've been punished Hutton - 5, if only he could defend as well as he could push forward, it'd be a 6... Bassong - 5, shakey, a bit off the pace, but not really troubled Dawson - 7, only player on the pitch who thinks he's actually playing a game Assou-Ekotto - 6, a couple of heart in mouth moments, but thats his game, plays his way out of the trouble he gets himself into Bentley - 3, dead balls atrocious, even the last one which almost sneaked in, when the centrebacks come up put it on their heads you dick Jenas - 1, is he even on the pitch COMPLETELY anonymous Huddlestone - 5, took a knock in first minutes, been trying to spray the ball about, failing, but trying Kranjcar - 5, couple of long range shots but nothing else of note Keane - 3, can't even be arsed to point & shout Defoe - 3, there's an offside rule you need to learn it mate.
Corluka, Kaboul, Lennon, Van der Vaart, Bale, Crouch and Pavlyuchenko for Hutton, Dawson, Bentley, Huddlestone, Kranjcar, Defoe and Keane
Spot on with the ratings Onlyone If Gomes had dropped that shot everyone would say he should never play for Spurs again
