Prediction League How many points by the end of November 2015?.

By the end of November we ought to have played most of our difficult games. Currently we have hundred percent record, but do not be deceived the bubble is going to
bust between now and November. I hope its not going to be on Monday against Arsenal.

in my own system of blocks of 4.....

9/12, 10/12, 9/12, 3/6 at end = champioship winning from 31 out of 42...

I counted 21 points (including 6 we already have).

14*7/12*3= 24.5 points....

lets say end of november using my genuine stats = 25 points.

 

apply the above logs to lfc and the points tally after 38 =

38*7/12*3 = 66.5points or 67 rounded up.

= 5th.

logic stands....

 

Given that we have more difficult games early on that would tend to imply ratio would be higher after November. So we'd get more points than you suggest.

 

actually its highly scientific based on average block performances over several seasons

it always evens itself out.

7/12 is good but also rans.

it just gives you an impression of who really you have to consistently win games and can't afford a 3/4 game slump in a season to compete.

LFC took 1 in 12 in one block last year and if you simply add 2 wins in that block to 62 points and well... we'd be at 68 points.

Last year was far more par for the course than anyone shoudl feel comfortable with.

hainvg 2 semi finals in there too means we were actually better than we have done on many occasions.

And even if we somehow achieve that somewhat impossible target, people on here would still moan and want to see changes.

 

If Lallana is starting each game we'll have a right to complain too. Think how much better our GD would be if someone else started.

 

Ah, but the main complainant would be Jimmy who clearly said he'd prefer to have a solid defence and win 1-0 than us be entertaining and win each game 4-3.
