Well as a former employee it's ingrained for me. Sackable offence if I didn't have one. That said, I'm quite happy to pay it given what you get overall and am more astonished how much people are prepared to fork out for Sky.
You mean a bit like some of the things I've already mentioned? Offering suggestions for improvement on a thread the Trust started to ask for comments isn't whining like a bitch. Whining like a bitch is pretty much what you've just done.
You're not really doing anything about it though are you other than typing some words on a faceless Internet forum, it's hardly direct action. If you disagree with them so much start something yourself to counter their proposals/suggestions/actions, otherwise you're just filling another thread with your argument with Lambo
Who says this is all I'm doing? But you seem to be under the impression it's some campaign against the trust, when if anything it's the opposite. The trust started this thread asking for comments. People have posted some, but on the whole the trust a yet to reply, but then again the comments to posted are largely lost amongst the dross like yours where people are moaning about others actually making comments. Do you actually have an opinion on the op, or are you just going to carry on whining like a bitch?
I don't whine mate I just get on with it in real life not on some internet forum. This board is for banter, a bit of winding up and some tidbits of City info, those who treat it any more seriously than that need to get out more.
I don't see what Dutch is going on about. Where in the letter does it say the trust is representing all supporters. All it mentioned was shareholders and supporters of the trust. Later on it mentions that the trust and all supporters have the future of the club at heart. You saying that you don't then Dutch. Sounds like it to me.
` Sounds like what? In the letter that is linked from the article, the one they've sent to Ehab, they make it very clear that they're asking the views of ALL supporters. "...our democratically-elected board provides a conduit to those members and to the local community; indeed, it is embedded in the Trust’s Objects that it should be “a vehicle through which a healthy, balanced and constructive relationship between the Club and its supporters and the communities it serves is encouraged and developed.” Why on earth people get so defensive is beyond me. The trust are asking for help. I'm offering some, many of you seem to be turning your backs on them at this time of need.
Marvellous. Now we've cleared that up, do you have any views on the OP? Care to offer some constructive help and advice to the trust as they've requested, or are you just going to keep on whining about **** all?
If I did/do have any views then they will be communicated directly to them or their members rather than appear as some sort of needy argumentative attention seeker on an internet forum, just saying like...
The trust asked for views, I didn't just jump in and start a topic. All you've done is jump up down squealing because someone offered some views as requested. I can only assume you've done that for attention. If the trust don't actually want people to make their views public, or ask questions of them, then the trust shouldn't ask for them on a public forum that's claimed to have two trust reps on. They'd have to stop claiming to be democratic and inclusive too.
So contact the trust with your views then rather than argue over god knows how many pages with Lambo. Its fu cking tiresome
There are two reps on this board, so posting on here IS contacting the trust. It's also what they've asked folk to do in the letter. Oh, and I haven't argued with OLM, he's barely even replied. Are you sure you're reading the right thread? It really is people like you that are causing the arguments and dragging threads out.
So you're suggesting the Trust lied, and they don't want people to post their views/questions on here, in threads like this? I'm surprised you think the trust should not be open, and shouldn't engage in open discussion with fans on the biggest fans forum. They've said they welcome comment and questions on forums such as this, unfortunately for some bizarre reason, so called supporters of theirs seem determined to whine about anything posted and to cause the questions to be lost in a sea of whiny noise. There's 2 committee members on the trust on this forum, plus whoever has access to the HCST account on here too. They're quite happy to use the internet to post pressers and letters but we're not seeing any actual HCST interaction on here whatsoever. You know, I'm starting to think that we're irrelevant to them.
And its people like you that make a thread unreadable cos of the same old ****e being posted constantly. Its getting pretty boring to the majority of us on here.
What are we supposed to be interacting with? So far, there's been a request that we try and get the old badge reinstated (getting the name back on the badge is already one of our stated aims) and a request from you to get someone to answer a question about something I'm not prepared to get involved in, other than that it's just pages full of words that don't actually include any questions or suggestions, it's almost entirely arguments between posters.
OK ignore the direct question to your chairman about his behavior and views, I doubt we'd ever see an apology in any case, so how about: 1. Ask the committee members to share their views on the chairman to maybe dispel or confirm the general belief that the majority are primarily in the Allam Out camp 2. Ask about RH being broadcast free
