Is it me or is our Injury record for English players terrible. I'm sure the foreign players get injured less. Welbeck supposedly had a good record, comes to us and gets struck with the same curse. Sometimes I wonder...
You could say the same about ozil - barely injured in his whole time at real, out for months at a time for us. Or look at rosicky, hes spent more time injured than fit
Vermaelen was another, came to us as a player who rately got injured, played a whole season injury free then barely played the next two snd missed the whole season for barca!
Fair enough you have a point. It's amazing how normal players get so injury prone with us. Welbeck is someone who is usually strong and has a very good injury record, until he entered our sick bay. We were unlucky with a few players like Diaby and Rosicky, but we seem to have persistent injury cases. One guy that actually made it after a serious injury is Ramsey. He's done well to play so much with our infamous physio team...
This is well dodgy, always happens with one player every season, Wenger also never gets specific with the kinda of injury Welbeck has, also this guy never got injured for United. I have a feeling that there might be some off the pitch issues going on.
Not sure what you mean by "off the pitch issues" but I doubt Welbz would cause any. He has always conducted himself in a very professional way and given his all when he's had the chance.
