    I still think BR could have played Lallana and Lambert together a bit more, they were a ready made natural pairing.

    On a side note - I noticed the BBC missed Lambert off their newly made list of players in and out, and also had the Gibson incident listed under Liverpool not Everton!

    I know mate I saw it first this morning on the local news [I have mine set to Liverpool] but on the sports page when it says 'Liverpool' it usually has LFC news not local news - there's never a headline on the sports page for Liverpool the city. They messed up and actually they have changed it since this morning but it's still wrong.

    The sports headlines very often take you to the local news section but they never have a Liverpool headline for an Everton story - very poor!

    Lallana is what I would describe as a bit-part player: sometimes he has a good match, sometimes not. He's being played and so is Lovren to justify the ridiculous fees we paid for them, but last season I thought Lallana was the better player out of the new ones bought.

    There is a separate thread dedicated to Balotelli I know...
