7 more games and we should have an idea of what our team looks like
Looks like the match tonight could of gone either way IMO
    Still great to feel positive

And for both goals on Saturday and he was the top 'assister' in Europe in the second half of last season and....and.... ....you get the point. Not many better right foots out there when it comes to crossing. #Beckhamesque

Fine margins, on Saturday we could have been 3 1 up before Cardiff scored again, tonight so close to an own goal to make it 3 3. There will be many more highs and lows as the season progresses and that's all I ask for, steady progress in the right direction. If we're mid-table after 10 games I'll be pretty happy. Need to strengthen our defence whatever happens.

Can i hedge my bets and say 6th or 7th?
A lot of it depends on whether Austin goes early enough for us to spend the cash on a decent replacement (6-8mill range).

It is quite funny reading this thread through from start to finish.

I was at Worcester races yesterday - not really for the racing, but because James were playing afterwards. After a poor start to the day - persistent rain and no winners - I had a 9/1 winner in the last race and then we went down to watch the band. The music was so good that I clean forgot Rangers were playing until about 9.15, when I checked on my phone to see that Phillips had just put us 3-2 up! An excellent end to the day.

Blimey, you can't look on many match day threads. If you look on any message board from any team in the country you'll get the same - if people were calm and measured about football it wouldn't survive. The simple fact is that it's because it evokes such extremes of emotions that we love it - life would be a whole lot less interesting without the weekly bedwetting.

A good night for the Rs - good luck for this season, evenings like this are few and far between in the PL

    I agree with this
I was at work so only got too read the half and full time results
having read all the posts I wish I had time to match the half time with the full time posts of most on here
    made me smile anyway
