Could have been worse, at least it's only a short ride to Sweden and not a 10 hour haul to the Boondocks.

    CHAMPIONS LEAGUE PLAY-OFF FIRST LEG
    • Venue: Celtic Park, Glasgow
    • Date: Wednesday, 19 August
    • Kick-off: 19:45 BST

Delia says it's in the bag already. Says Malmö have zero chance of winning this tie.

Hence my 200 quid bet on you to win both legs <ok>

You're wiser than your avatar suggests, Trev,

This bead rattling God botherer isn't confident though - can see us getting punished tonight for some lapse defending.

Praying he starts The Thumb. Kebab can get to ****, useless prick.

    BRITS OUT!

Celtic striker Nadir Ciftci returns for the first leg of their Champions League play-off, with the Turk still serving a domestic ban.

Kris Commons has shrugged off a dead leg after missing Saturday's win over Inverness Caley Thistle.

Scott Allan is in the 20-man squad after completing his transfer from Hibernian on Friday evening.

Malmo are without captain Markus Rosenborg, with the former West Brom striker suspended.

Defensive midfielder Enoch Kofi Adu is also banned for the first leg in Glasgow.

Rumours that the mad Turk will start tonight ... Griffiths will be beeling !

Probably BT as BT are showing every single champions league game this season. Nobody else is. I've explained this many times.

live from Paradise in glorious HD

Cifti is a bad player and whoever had the idea that he could play for Celtic should be shot unless it was Ronny in which case I will let him away with it but wont hide my dissappointment, but can see the point of playing him against this mob for physicality, Griffiths is useless up front himself in Europe

Agree in part ... Hoping the Turk improves. He's still young but I'd start griffiths tonight with his pace ...

Its near enough a coin toss for me, 8/11 Celtic maybe over two legs, could be a tough game the night if malmo get settled into the game, early goal for us would be good, think we need 2-0 or better to be confident going over there
