Are crisis actors the same people they use in the stock photographs that are in new picture frames when you buy them?

If so, ER pretends these people are his family.

 

I saw news footage of police taking the shotgun and AR15 out of the trunk of the black car , from a helicopter proving that the Bushmaster was not found inside the school.
They did a retake after the AR15 had been removed with a cop taking just the shotgun out by hand destroying the dna and fingerprint evidence ,with no sign of the AR15.
