Odubanjo is a natural RW and may be the fastest player at the club so I'd play him RW, Elmo at RB (would have said Rosey obviously if I could) and how about Snodgrass in midfield??

Since I've seen him first hand more than anyone here I believe so I have the ability to say so. My flatmate is a big Brentford supporter and I've been dragged to far too many games I like to mention. He has played at RW on many occasion and was bought from Orient as a winger, he filled in at RB due to their RB Maccorack doing his ankle for the season and stayed there. When played at RB he still likes to get forward but leave a massive hole, trust me he's better at RW. EDIT: If played at RW he'll rip most teams apart and with Elmo overlapping it'll be a very good partnership. Just not sure if Snodgrass could play in the Midfield.
I reckon he's an Elmo replacement to be honest, got to think at least one Prem team will be in for Elmo before the window shuts
