Look, i'm not begrudging your result, Chelsea have got many lucky wins and scraped results in the past, all i'm saying is that Astro doesn't need to spin the win and say both decisions were correct when they blatantly weren;t. Astro's even posted a picture of Elphick "climbing" all over Lovren which:

1. Happens occasionally and is normally given as a goal
2. In this case that didnt even happen if you had the angle Gary Neville showed at half time (although from this angle and Lovren's clever play acting you can see why the ref might give it).

Anyway, my last piece as games over. I think i'm more annoyed that i'm falling behind FF knowing most people captained bentekkers!

I think it's much harsher when it happens against a promoted team who will probably struggle to stay up

 

No way are they double standards, just because our manager doesn't throw a hissyfit on the touchline, call the referee unfit, claim the crowd influence the official's, claim our kit made us invisible etc doesn't mean wrong decisions are right or vice-versa.

No one can argue that the goal we scored should have stood. Coutinho was 4 yards offside when the ball was played and he made a clear attempt to play the ball. So offside according to the new rules. It was so obvious that the linesman has very little excuse.
