Gomez helped him out immensely last game but then it means you can't play an attacking fullback if Lovren cant handle the ground himself when the fullback advances.

But despite the quality of full back next to him, he was beaten far too easily and then lucky to have won the free kick as a result of the disallowed goal.
 
That's what I like about Clyne, offers real pace and attacking intent down that side now.
 
Benteke made a great run in behind then, unlucky ball just skipped through to the keeper.

Lallana has gone from useless to non existent. Has he even had the ball? Can't complain though, he's not as frustrating when he's not being crap on the ball

What's even worse is that he's forcing Coutinho out wide which is where he shouldn;t be.
 
Coutinho is so good on the half turn it's ridiculous. Gives the opposition the whiff of the ball thinking they can nick the ball and just spins them.
