Plenty of meat there. Roast chicken, tuna, meatballs, ham, etc. It's not healthy food typically despite what they advertise. Healthier than some other fast food perhaps but you can stick kick 1000calories plus there in a meal.
Fast food is ridiculously overdone in the US. On my ride to work (just counting chain places) I pass: Pizza Hut, Subway, Dominos, Firehouse Subs, Waffle House, McDonald's, Wendys, Taco Bell, Bojangles, Zaxbys, (Chik-Fil-A under construction), Popeyes, (Panda Express under construction), Burger King, another McDonalds... ... Then I get on the interstate for 15 miles... Probably pass 7 exits, each with 3 or 4 fast food chains... ... Exit interstate. Another Burger King, Subway another McDonalds, another Waffle House, and another Wendy's are there to my left just off the interstate but I turn right and go past another Firehouse Subs and another Bojangles instead. That's 23 fast food places I drive immediately past and I estimate an additional 25 or so off exits from interstate I don't take. So almost 50 on just my commute to work... (and that's just the fast food chains, there are independent places and sit-down restaurants I pass too) counting everything I probably pass 70+ food places just to get to work. I could probably eat at a different fast food restaurant every single day of my life in this city (medium sized city probably 250k people) and never eat at the same one twice. (they're constantly opening and closing... I'm sure somewhere in the city one opens every day. (they close frequently too... The market is so oversaturated)
well someone survived the weekend..... welcome to the fun house RHC.... the barman's got your dodgy gear behind the bar.
So am I. First call I had was a complaint from a bloke asking me why I had not kept my 9 am appointment. Told him first I knew of it. Some dozy mare had only told him I would be there at 9, despite it being my first day back and a two and a half hour journey from home.
