I thought pants was to blame for the third. Near post after the debacle of defending.

Did I say that I don't rate you?

You are a newly promoted side. Of course few people will rate you. Goes with the territory

Keeprs make 1 mistake and it costs a goal. Outfield players can make more with lesser consequences.

What defence has he had in front of him? Beeng under the cosh two games running and any keeper will make an error

I wouldn't know mate. Yesterday wasn't the game to judge you by.

    Great away record that though!

Can't argue mate but he should've done better. Our defence is a shambles. Particularly the full backs. Our forward line was diabolical. All three of them. M'Vila and Lens had flashes of good stuff but, as a performance, it was worse than last week!

The problem now is that it's becoming obvious that the players are to blame. Advocaat is the fans choice. The one we all wanted.

On the other side... We've only played 2 games. Season starts on Saturday! Trouble us we've said this before. Just hope advocaat sorts it out

They said the first goal on MOTD was Pants fault. Which imo is bollocks. They said he should have pushed it to the side. Thats exactly what he did. Its just we were so deep.

Redmonds goal, I think is harsh to say Pants could have done better. He had 19 shots, no one is going to save them all. He was allowed to stroll unchallenged into the box a get a shot away with little pressure.

Have you seen Wolves' goal againt Hull today? Now that is a keeper making a mistake.

I thought his parry for the first was poor to be honest.

He's a huge guy, who doesn't have the sharpest reactions, being beaten at the near post by Redmond showed this.

Having said that, he was probably the least at fault for your defeat.

I agree he was nowhere near blame for the loss - Defensively we were awful - I have sympathy for Kaboul as the other three were far worse - he was covering for one of the worst left back performances I've seen since Gareth Hall! And Coates was poor too! All three goals came from our LB position! 2 of the goals the keeper could've done better - but on three goals the defence could've prevented a shot of any description!! You know how optimistic I am but I can;t find anything, prior to Watmore's introduction, to be positive about. I can;t even find anything to blame Kevin Friend for! The only decision I thought he got wrong wa stopping the game when Defoe beat a few men and got into the box with the ball - but we scored from the free-kick so he didn;t change anything for the worse!!

One of my favourite songs is Jon Bon Jovi and Jeff Beck's "Blaze of Glory" and Sudnerland are Going Down in a blaze of fizzled out burnt sticks if this doesn;t change! At least we have an easy game next week <doh>

It only takes one defender to be off his game and the entire back line can fall apart. You just don't seem to have a leader back there.

Very true - we miss John O'Shea! Cattermole has been rubbish two in a row! Larsson looked like he didn't know where to play first half on Saturday! 4-4-2 is no good at all - need to go with DA's preferred 4-3-3/4-5-1.

I'd have O'Shea and Kaboul next week - I'd also be going all out to sign Marcos Alonso from Fiorentina - he's apparently available for only £3m which is a snip! And he can defend and push on - Push Van Aanholt further forward a la Gareth Bale and turn him into a winger!
