Not sure....I think he's got a temperament problem for sure but at least showed some desire. I actually think he might do well in between his inevitable red cards. <laugh>

Not necessarily. It's your opinion just as I have my own opinion. I'd call them plastic wan.kers - but that's my opinion.

Hmmm....traveling 600 miles to support your team is anything but plastic, mate. Try it some time. :)

Look, I don't want to get into your spat with their fans but what you're saying defies logic.

Try it some time? Says the man who's annual away trip was to Fulham - sitting in the home end <laugh>

As for defying logic, ask any footballer if systematic abuse from the terraces and playing in a negative atmosphere helps improve performance. I'd be interested in your findings.

I tend to agree with that Matt. I think Toon fans were crying out for someone who showed some passion yesterday and he certainly had that. They got into some dangerous positions after he came on but he has to curb that temper.

PG - I think you're right on that, and that's exactly why I don't do it. But every fan has a right to protest when things aren't going well. We've done it. At least I have. Not sure if you were around back then.

To suggest that waving a banner isn't supporting your team or that those Toon fans travelled all that way just to abuse Pardew can't be right can it?

"Your fans travelled the length of the country last season just to abuse the manager and owner."
I don't agree with that at all but as you say if it's your opinion.....

I've been following the Swans since 1968. I've never seen that it helps the 11 players on the pitch to persistently scream abuse at your manager and owner.

Are you suggesting this is supporting you're team? I don't. This wasn't a one off demo. It was systematic and organised over a long period. But they got what they wanted in the end, Pardew left........and they plummeted down the league table <laugh>

Think you have a short memory PG. Maybe you watched as we all protested Petty in the streets. As I recall t wasn't a 'one off'.

But let's see what happens if we end up with a manager we can't easily offload and is hurting the Club. Do you honestly think our fans wouldn't protest? Come on.

Anyway, I'll leave you two thrash it out. Have at it and enjoy. Ding ding! <laugh>

Actually i think its also important you realise we had pre match protests then supported the team.

The fact is it forced mike ashley into doing his first interview in 8 years and also spending a few quid saying we will try and win a cup.

The fact is you don't like ive stated understand all the facts

Again you haven't answered my questions.

I've no problem with pre-match protests. My point was about the support during the game.

Again you haven't read the thread.

The fact is your just drawing your opinion without understanding the reasons behind our fans protests.

All fans protest for different reasons and people protest in general for political reasons.

You my freind are an imbecile.... I don't understand why your more objective to a few banners than.

    1. Explotation of the third world
    2. A manager that headbutts opposing teams players.
    3. A manager that called pellagrini a ****ing old ****.
    4. A managers coaching staff offering the fans out.
    5. Pay day loan companies
    6. Admitting in court to lieing to the press to make keegan look mad.
    7. Plastering sports direct
    8. Banning the local press for telling us how horrible the owner has been.
    9.not taking full away allocation
    10. Changing stadium name
    11. Firing chris hughton for his pal pardew

It goes on and on and eventually something cracked.

You are an ignorant and frankly disgusting individual.

You will die alone because of your soul and then your soul will reject entrance into peace and burn in the firey cauldrons of hell for eternity .
