@The DR says... Went to Castleton yesterday and did a twelve mile hike over five of the peaks. Overall climb/descent was about 1,200 metres I think. Started at 9.45am and finished at about 3.30pm. Had about a hours with of breaks in total (lunch and admiring views etc). Works out at a pace of around 2.5mph, happy with that

Went into town yesterday to protest against the "White Man March" by the fascist/nazi National Action group, they threatened mayhem and that they would burn Liverpool if they were prevented from marching through the city.
