Whilst I'm not at Dick out stage yet, I'm pretty much at defcon 1. What has he been doing with the players pre season? They don't fit his system. The system we are playing is shambolic. The players look completely unfit. Cattermole is way off the pace. The defence is in disarray. Nobody on the pitch seemed to know what they were doing? Have Lens and PVA been introduced to each other as the have no understanding with each other at all. They had no fight and desire! **** me it was the first home game of the ****ing season! Dicks email Dear Joe It was a very frustrating afternoon; I did not expect that to happen, especially after the last game. Everybody expected more, I know I did and I know the fans did; it was really disappointing. Tomorrow we will sit down together and speak to find out what the problem is. We started brightly and it’s difficult to put my finger on what the problem is at the moment, but we will work together to find a solution.
