Nearly finished my nightshift then it will be bed until 1pm then up for the game..I'm back to work again at 7pm tonight though, so it will just be a bovril and a chicken balti pie for me today.

We were that bad last week I just want to see us put some effort in and hopefully that will be enough to get us a result today, for the starting line up I'd hope Giaccherini gets a chance with Johnson being injured, I'd like to see M'Vila get some playing time and I think that Mathews was slightly less **** than Jones last week so I'd like to see him start there today. Not sure what result to predict today with us being that bad last week and Norwich being newly promoted but the optimist in me is hoping for a Sunderland win so I'll go with that

Well after a fustrating day of dealing with the American health care system I'm finally wracked up on drugs and lying in a noisy hot Chicago hotel bed wishing I was with my mates heading down to the match. I've had a **** couple of days really need a win, come on lads!!!!!
