    Fair enough, Beth.

I do still think that a new stadium should higher on the agenda, though. It needn't necessarily mean more debt for the club - perhaps Mittal could use his own money (and steel) to build a stadium and lease it to the club?

The recent exposure of how bad our club is run has left a lot of us at rock bottom
Corporate fluff and focus groups do what? Like a NHS quango they put different people in a room to do what ? Chew the fat before each personality within that group becomes a different person and loses their own personality to a brain group that without a clear action plan becomes totally ineffective to task

In my profession we call this having the chip inserted and believe me you need to look very carefully who is doing the inserting because that person is clever and dangerous

From where I am sitting it's looks veryuch like QPR are at least 12-15 years behind modern business culture

    So get on with it

Draw and develop a QPR charter that includes rock solid beliefs, principles and ideals and establish what the club's commitment is to its fan base and how you intend to expand that fan base. You are simply rebuilding a religion

    Come clean
Tell the world that we are not moving to a flash new arena and that what went on before was ego and bollocks

Tell the world we were useless and poorly managed and deserve to be the joke club in London

Stop the idiotic PR coming currently from the media department who are transparently just marketing themselves not the club ... The club should pay professionals like associates Mother, Adam and Eve, VCCP or Tag Worldwide who I work for to get this lot back up to today's standards. The above understand real people, real brands and deliver
What are they trying to do there?
It's a good effort to be fair but ramp it up because you play a major part to rebuild our club

Pioneering is there for QPR to grasp and there has never been a better time for a full revolution

The club sits in West London the best city in the world and is involved in the number one sport in the world

I am sick and tired of watching the waste go on

Forums are a god send and the club looks like it is listening at last. The people paid to establish the club need to learn what a deadline means and how you met that

As for TF well he lost all credibility IMO when he spoke about the air Asia disaster through our QPR channels ... Disgraceful to mix the two IMO for what purpose?

Our profile push albeit total collapse and failure has real positive potential
We are in the news daily more than a lot of other London clubs at times
Tony has had to go He is responsible for very naive PR that was focussed on his ego . He is now in a box and shouldn't be allowed to wreck anything else IMO

Our club is always bigger than anyone of us you put groups of people together in rooms that gets forgotten in minutes

So let's see what action comes from this very old approach
Currently it looks very fluff heavy

I imagine the type of marketing you are involved in has moved on a bit from the blokes who are STILL asking me to imagine what type of animal a new drug would be. I think I am supposed to say something like 'eagle' or 'mother polar bear with cubs', but I tend to answer 'gerbil' or 'cockroach'. I had to advise a colleague from my part of the business that it was NOT essential for her to attend a meeting to discuss 'brand colours' for the product she is working on. She should be able to get the relevance of whatever is chosen without discussing it. That's what we pay marketing agencies and hundreds of marketing staff to do. It is commercially important stuff and complicated in a business where the company has a brand itself and has multiple products with individual brands and very diverse global customers - governments, doctors, patients.

QPR is one of the easiest things in the world to brand successfully. A single, easily identifiable entity which already has a strong identity. We have hoops, 'Q', West London, a flair heritage etc etc. I have no faith that the current bunch will do a decent job. ****ing up the biggest gift they have, the hoops, is an indication of competence and sensibility.

If QPR were a person it would be Michael Caine in the Harry Palmer movies - Ipcress File, Funeral in Berlin etc.
