    Yes that was it.

If she did thank people for support via social media then you have to say in critically analysing it that she was acknowledging and at the same time giving credence to the fact she was involved in an 'altercation' with the manager. While to most people this is pretty harmless, it must go against club policy and as me and mito both said, it would be better to say nothing.

The it was brief and simply a thank you.

However if one out of one hundred posts before says Mourinho is sexist etc that thanks can be seen as agreeing with the extreme view

    Just the way it is.

Say nothing and make sure family say nothing.

  7. It would have been better to say nothing and I know social media is a dangerous place to mix work and personal life but it was a harmless enough comment in reality. Just shows how crazy the world is now. Social media was created to allow people to communicate and provide a platform for freedom of speech but we can't actually say anything without consequences <laugh>

Especially when we're encouraged all our lives to say thank you <laugh>

Something along the lines of :

Thanks to the general public for all their support.

It was that short, and that's all it said.

It maybe would have been wiser to say nothing but shed just been very publicly humiliated and undermined on television. And the vast majority of people contacting her on Facebook offering support were actually Chelsea fans when she commented.

According to the telegraph, her comment didn't breach her contract.

While that is as innocuous as any comment could possibly be, it must go against club policy merely by acknowledging something that has happened in her role at the club. If, for example, it was thanks for birthday wishes, it would be totally different [in the clubs view].

    See my additional comment.

And remember John Fearn has been treated exactly the same and he didn't post a comment. Unless he's considered part of "her team"

  15. If Chelsea have social media policies to that extent, why are the players freely using Twitter etc without consequence?

No matter what angle it is looked at, Chelsea (particularly Mourinho) do not look good.

    no they don't.

just saying she did two things.

    1. dared to speak back to the guy at pitch side

    2. thanks people for support

both it seems were bad errors given the male physio who went out of pitch first has not been sacked or removed from team duty.

we all i think know its all because john terry wants to stride round the dressing rooms naked and he was afraid she'd say his dick was tiny.

Ah, she wasn't in breach of her contract, well it looks like mere spite then.

Mourinho has seized this opportunity to shunt this woman out the way imo.

This is contrived, he's patently got an issue with here that's been niggling and he's used this minor incident to get her out of his dressing room.

I don't know any clubs policy about social media. I was guessing that players and staff aren't barred from using it, in fact I said the other day I think they're possibly encouraged to use it 'sensibly' [however that's defined]. I just think they'll be 'in contract' [seeing as it's being said the doctor isn't in breach] not to post anything about match officials or details about other staff/players/manager from a professional aspect.
