does anyone really give a toss? if shako doesn't want to compete fine.. go... the rest? they don't contribute.. lucas' legs are gone
Doesn;t want to compete? how would you feel if a sh*T player like Lovren was given more opportunities than you? Sakho was only in the team last season because Lovren was injured. Then the first excuse this season and Lovren is straight back into the team. Lack of fight - not having that.
i'd feel like earning my massive wage per chance? Or i might wonder if i'd worked just that bit harder in preseason the slot would be mine? no? no? of course not he feels entitled
lets not forget he walked out once and was given another go. its up to him to dig in and fight or engineer a move this window.
What amuses me is that the article from this summer but under the picture of Suarez says: "Luis Suarez could be on the move from Liverpool to either Barcelona or Real Madrid" Could they not check the text on the picture before they attach it to a modern story. Lazy journalists.
You're not going to agree with this, I know, but my interpretation is that there is a clash of wills between Rodgers and Sakho. Under those circumstances- and whether you like him or not, what the manager says, goes. It simply cannot be the other way around.
TBF image captions are probably outsourced to a 3rd party company. No one is responsible for anything these days. Last season we had the ridiculous situations of the BBC website saying to ignore another part of the BBC website because the information was wrong but they couldn't change it themselves because it was another companies' job.
Henderson actually told he wasn't needed but could stay and fight..Did, is now captain. Lucas has took flak and been dropped, worked hard and proved his worth. Only injury has thwarted him. Can, put into unfamiliar position and embarrassed but keeps quiet for the season. Strops and walkouts from any player? Bye bye. You're not a child you're a man supposedly doing a professional job. So logic dictates that if it's not ability it's attitude that's hindering Sakho. So yes Jimmy, I can blame him for attitude because of the above.
don't forget can hugged and lovd by rodgers first day back this season Pro's don't walk out even if the manager is a clown...
So a player wants (and quite rightly deserved) to play and he has an attitude problem? Give me a player like that any day of the week over a choirboy who's merely grateful to be at the club. It suits the narrative as well - Rodgers doesn't like characters. Ironic given how he keeps saying the team lacks leaders but yet he's very quick to get them out i.e. Reina, Agger etc.
players who want to play = good players who go on a strop = not good. answer about balotelli and milner eh?
http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/...s-career-unravels-on-merseyside-10452908.html hope you read this .... all in all we don't know what goes on in training etc. but just think next time you knock james milner and big up mario who never got a proper chance. one turns up 2 hours early for training... the other didn't know his team mates names 5 months after joining LFC. thoughts jimmy......
Seems like a bad character (shock!) but I am surprised none of this came out DURING the season. Also, found it quite interesting that he had a birthday party last night where quite a few teammates came including Lucas, Coutinho, Sakho etc etc. So for a supposed trouble maker, he's quite popular. None of the British lads were there though ... #Conspiracy
same as lucas' bbq. both are clearly not required cos they are ****s. In case you missed it quite a number of little bits and pieces about mad mario did come out but the club wasn't advertising his antics. its like this... he was up to the same at AC... how the ****ing hell he was bought with his own personal hanger on i do not know.... it was obvious prior to his purchase what he was like. I hope you think twice next time you say he wasn;t given a fair go or bash milner cos frankly milner is a model pro who's totally committed every day.
