Man Utd most hated team in PL

I reckon its all jealousy too, I quite like Man U, Arsenal too. Those games I really look forward too and are benchmarks of our success. I see them both as worthy opponents offering a great test for us.

I've no time for the petro-clubs Callous Chelsea and synthetic Citeh.

Any one who plays Football Manager can assemble a 'super' squad, especially if you cheat and up the transfer funds available to £B's. I've gone seasons undefeated and won every thing possible. No coaching required just a gigantic wallet

My top and only dislikes
1, Chelsea - Think they walk on water with credit card fans. It looks like they're going to get well wet this season, here's hoping .

2, Citeh - Plastic club, plastic fans bought and paid for with £B's from undisclosed and dubious sources.

3, Liverpool - Sick of hearing them whinge, a mid-table club with delusions of grandeur. The club is a fine example of the Big Club Syndrome. They think they're worthy but in reality they're fighting for scraps left by top six clubs.

One good thing to come out of Liverpool though is Everton supporting O'Shea, hysterical but not for fans of Songs of Praise

Hardly news about Man Utd being most hated team - have been for decades!!! Its one of those clubs with most people - you either support them, or hate them - I am firmly in the latter camp!.....Why?

- Plastic Fans : Glory hunters who jump on the bandwagon, and rub your nose in it when your team is beaten by them, or when they win trophies
- Ferguson : Soooooooo irritating, paying off officials, Fergie time, arrogant. Don't like Van Gaal either!
- Chants : Man UUUuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu, Ya'Nited
- Obnoxious Players : Keane, Rooney, Van Nistelrooy, Cantona. There are others not coming to mind, and to be honest - there are very few I actually like. Most are irritating.
- Simulating : Never seen any club simulate more than this team - constant diving, play actin; Young, Giggs, Rooney, Ronaldo, Nani >> I could go on.
- Biased Officials : Would love to see the average extra time played when Utd need something out of a game vs when they are safe. Also average penalty decisions for & against when playing at home, and compared to other teams. They have definitely had the officials in their pockets.
- Kit - Yuk!
- Bankrolled by American millionairres

I also don't particularly like Liverpool for similar reasons - but in particular their accents and chants (Liiiiiivvvveeeerrrrrpoooooooooooooolll, L I V E R P Double O L .... Liverpool FC, and of course .....YNWA) <<<< Soooooooooooooo irritating.

 

People who hate clubs need to see the shrink........It's nothing more than jealousy that makes them say they hate a team as people in this country dont like anything that is successful and love to see failure of anything or anyone who are successful....

 

With minor variations, you could apply all those points to any of the top Clubs

I have no problem with Man U at all - they did us a favour in the 80's when we were going out of business.
Stoke - I think a lot of this comes from the last few seasons where we seem to keep getting the worst refereeing decisions - the dive by the cheating Victor Moses, and that penalty in the last min of the 3-3 draw. There's a lot of bitterness over these things I feel.
For me - West Ham are my most disliked team because of their style of football. Maybe that will change this season, but the last few years their plan seems to be to win a freekick anywhere on the pitch, load the penalty area and them hump the freekick into the box - even from deep inside their own half. I can't stomach that unless it's injury time and you're desperate for a goal. They have been doing it since kick off. Horrid.

 

Man utd and Liverpool have been the most successful two clubs in British football and nobody can deny that. Chelsea, Arsenal and any other club can only dream of what these two clubs have achieved ........It is not hate it's more like envy that their club has not been as successful as them.....

 

if I had to hate a side it would be Chelsea or Man City who buy a Premiership, time for a salary cap
