As there is nothing of any interest to me on the Cardiff match day threads I thought I'd widen my knowledge by reading up on other tasty titbits. Tramo. you've hit the nail on the head. Hazard had blatantly dived. Mourinho called for a free kick in that manic pixie way he does until someone twice his height, like Wenger for example squares up to him. Interesting possibilities therefore. Mourinho, Hazard and EC were all play acting? After all, what better way to expose your cheating star player than to ignore his dying act. Or, EC was taken in or wasn't going to take a risk that he might have genuinely been injured and did the right thing. One thing is for sure though. If it had been one of the smaller clubs, Mourinho and Hazard would have either been suspended or at the very least been charged with bringing the game into disrepute.
