No point in me saying much as you seem to have all made your minds up already. You're being played though. You really do need to think this through though. I understand why I''m being voted for, but surprised it is happening with nobody asking any questions or considering the alternatives.

 

Alternative is sebb is making **** up, if so we Lynch him tomorrow. Would be early days for SK/Dr to make that sort of bluff.

 

That is the least likely alternative. That would be suicide at this stage of the game. The most likely, and one Sebb touched on, is that the investigation was flipped. We know that is one of their powers and yet some people seem to be dismissing Sebb's explanation of the possibilities, almost as if they don't want any of us to be concentrating on it. Why would they do that?

 

Well the probabilities of it are small.... Yes there is a chance it could have been flipped but the likely hood is short

 

We just lynch Less hope tonight (had him pegged from day 1) then if we draw a blank we take out Sebb on day 2.

mmmmmm. Can't say I'm comfortable with this, it all seems a little too contrived to me.

Day 1 Sebb makes a lone lynch. Neville is investigated and comes back as an innocent.
Day 2 Sebb investigates Neville again (why?) and he comes back as the SK.

So for the day 2 investigation to be correct then Neville was protected by the MD on Day 1. So given the SK killed again last night, why didn't the MD merely do the same again? It's got the whiff of a set up this.

I can't vote tonight anyway, as I voted last night, so it's up to you lads, but it might not be as straightforward as it initially appears.

Slightly confused. I know I am innocent. Neville confirmed I am innocent. Why would he do this if he is a bad guy? Of course this could be just deep cover and he got out in front of things nice and early. Last nights events don't look good for him. Now that was a very smart play by Sebb re-investigating an already investigated participant. Unless of course he was lying - but that being the case he is giving away the game very early. Essentially if we lynch Nev tonight and he turns out to be innocent, Sebb is going to look very guilty.

I have a horrible feeling we are being played and the SK and MD are using their flips very wisely. However I kind of think Nev's death will tell us the info. I do think if we are going to lynch Nev we should do so using the fewest amount of votes possible. Anybody with an investigation open to them should probably be using it (or at least 50% again to get info). So a max of 3 should be lynching surely? (assuming the SK and MD may team up to save someone)

There needs to be an agreement on the lynch tonight. Perhaps anyone under heavy suspicion i.e. Nev, Sebb, Valley should not be voting? That way if any refuse or make a move then we will likely capture one guaranteed the next night. No rivalry or silliness tonight, just pure focus.

 

As I've said I don't know if my investigate is right and Valley's is wrong or the other way round.

No Chance stated to investigate those not investigated. He also didn't point out before nightfall the plan to split innocent actions between 2 and not3 actions after I had voted lynch. Made me suspicious. Hence reason for re-investigating him.

Valley could be innocent with investigate flipped or he could be MD.

Third alternative is my investigate was flipped but I feel less likely that MD would be expecting SK to be re investigated so quick.

JPF can you say when MD has to decide if to flip or not, before nightfall or after nightfall when the actions are known? And does MD or SK know in advance of Town actions before deciding what to do?

 

Not really. If someone would tell me how many players are involved in this game then I would point that there are X players that an investigate. Flipping a result is likely to be picked up by someone.

Edit: sixteen players started the game and four innocents have died leaving two bad guys and ten innocents that can all investigate. Three voted for lynch leaving seven to either hide or investigate. With 58.3% of the players still able to investigate, a flip to make a innocent look dodgy is likely to be found.

 

Why would Nev just not have flipped your investigate? How do they choose which to flip? If they knew you were re-investigating, surely they'd flip that one for certain? I don't think I understand the timeline.

 

Remember as we can't all vote 2 nights in a row, some need to not vote today in order to save a vote for tomorrow. Don't want to get to a case where we have no one who can vote tomorrow because we all did tonight and the Md can kill off one person as the only person with a vote
