I couldn't find the BBC Salford thread, so I thought this was the second best place to post this. You may or may not be aware that the M56 was shut for several hours yesterday afternoon/evening due to a tanker carrying propane going on fire. It made the main news. When I first checked the BBC website for news, it said that the motorway was closed "near Manchester". In fact, it was closed near Frodsham/Runcorn. That's obviously MUCH nearer to Manchester than Liverpool. FFS
