Might be best for me but I just can't bring myself to like them. I much prefer seeing my arms start shaking and failing out. I love seeing a wobble. Makes my trainer laugh too. There are some leg ones I like. Any hammy curls I love.

I find that adding in interval training on a treadmill really makes running a lot more interesting and passes the time quicker. Aim for 30minutes on the treadmill with an initial 3mins walking at 6km/h then doing repeated 1 minute intervals each of 10km/h, 15km/h, 6km/h up to 30minutes. The 6km minutes go really fast and the 15km minutes really slow at the end though.

Sounds like you prefer isolation work. I don't do 'arms day' I think it's a complete waste of time. Just do an extra leg day instead!

Haven't been doing this long. So we are switching around a lot between isolation and also mixing, week to week. I have never been into weights, but I had put a small amount of tub on and I wasn't having it. Someone suggested doing it as I'd found the usual thing of running was not so compatible with my body these days. I tried this mix of resistance and interval. Gotta say I'm loving it now after a few creaky necks early on. I love that it is so less time consuming, plus results seem to have come incredibly quickly.

I have coupled it with diet of course. He moreorless said that you can works as hard as you want, if you don't eat/drink right then it'll be minimal. Reckon fat loss was probably 90% dietary. Just allow myself the odd cheat to not make myself miserable.

That's the top and bottom of it mate, some people are blessed to have great genes, they can eat what the hell they want and they'll get the body they want, but I don't fall into that category unfortunately. As long as you enjoy it, that's what matters.

I'm back on my clean eating routine now, that's the worst part for me, I love all the bad food but I have to stick to good stuff for a while now.
