We had a shrew when I live in Bhutan... and we ejected it and took it 400 yards down the road... and the next day it was back So I took it further and across water.... and never saw it again thankfully
Some articles in the Daily Telegraph which may be of interest. It is good to note that the media are now taking us a bit more seriously. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/fo...-right-recipe-for-Premier-League-success.html http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/fo...2015-16-club-by-club-guide.html?frame=3399909 http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/fo...outh-prospects-in-pictures.html?frame=3383734 I make no apologies for reading this excellent newspaper.
Sæl öll. Tea and coffee, donuts and fruit are on the bar. Half and half coffee for Brian A good start for the football, even if the feeling is two points lost.
Afternoon all from a cooler and overcast West West London. I have been offline during the summer preparing for the long season ahead. Great start and a strong performance at Everton, I could not go as I had our annual family bash. But tickets and transport for City away have been booked!
Morning all from a hazy but dry rural France. Our latest offering from the Commune is that we should have street names and numbers. The thinking behind this is that it will be helpful for deliveries of mail and parcels and also for any emergency services. I have no complaints if they think it will be useful, but everyone here knows who lives where and it has never been a problem. We have 17 houses in the hamlet with basically 2 roads. Somehow the council thinks we need 3 street names. Yes, maybe with some imagination you could stretch it to 3, but then one would have one house in it. If that were the case as I live on a corner which street would I be in, and could my neighbour whose house adjoins mine be in a different street? All very strange and confusing. I have a simple answer. Forget the street names and give everyone a nice little plaque with their house number on it. 1-17 hardly needs to be sub-divided.
While you are having your coffee break, or sinking your dentures into one of ak's passion fruit, here is an amusing take on WFC that is slightly different. http://www.sbnation.com/soccer/2015...re-the-premier-leagues-most-entertaining-club

Morning all from a warmish West West London - thanks for the frothy AK. We had a great time in Scotland and DR - wonderful Island with amzing people. Tickets for City purchased yesterday.
Our 11 house hamlet is similarly chaotic.... nothing is named or numbered... thank goodness the locals know all that is going on
