Right people first ever serious thread on here, was wondering if any of the not606ers, could help me out.

I'm after a villa for 12 people (9 adults, 2 kids(7 & 9) & 1 baby(18 months) early August next year.

Prefered places: Spain, Majorca or Portugal.

Does anyone have any advice on what website/people in the know, which i could contact/look at?

This is to coincide with my stepdaughters wedding.

I saw one a while ago with tennis courts and all sorts of stuff like that. Total luxury and between 12 people would be cheap as ****.

Considering that you are taking young children, I don't recommend the Algarve. Plus try not to go out at night leaving the kids get pissed and then come back and kill them.......we don't need all that again

There are few if any cheap deals in August. The best (cheapest) time to go is at the end of May or the first week in October, still hot enough at that time.

I got a 3 bed Villa in May for £120 quid in the algarve and I have another one booked in October at £42 per person.

Why aren't you sure where you want the villa? If your stepdaughter is getting married in Portugal, I'd get a villa in Portugal, if she is getting married in Spain, I'd get a...
