He's made it clear he doesn't know what happened. You are simply attributing statements to him that he has not made with a view to then arguing against these statements.
Regardless of what was done or said something has happened you would have thought the trust would have distanced it's self from these actions by condemning them but obviously not, it's just showing that the trust is all about anti Allam's and not a supporters trust.

What sort of action are you wanting them to condemn? It's not clear what the Allam's have claimed, or even if they themselves have claimed anything at all.
They could condem people not reporting acts of anti social behaviour to the Police in good time or providing them with the evidence to successfully investigate ?
