I wish I wasn't going, weathers gonna be glorious tomorrow and all my mates are off to a music festival.

It's first game of the season though, and there are other complications anyway.

    Looking forward to it.

Last season it was season tickets only in the West Stand (at least Lower).

I did have one very kind offer from a Not606 member, (which I will not forget) for possible tickets in there but ultimately just found lack of motivation and the time/money cost a down factor. Like I say, numerous reasons why I don't get to games as much now but hopefully will aim to improve this season.

that's about as stupid as someone saying, they're not going to use Stoke Mandeville because Jimmy Savile donated to it - Thickie Tiger strikes again

Just for clarity, I'm not necessarily waiting until he goes. I'm the same as you basically, l'm waiting to see what he does next.

    What you on about now?

People are just sick of him and sick of being next to people like you, booing us for singing the C-word. Are you really complaining now that some have decided enough is enough and they're not going any more? What are we actually allowed to do in your view?

Believe me, I'm still as enthusiastic about the team on the pitch as I was 30 years ago, (my first real memory of Hull City was my Dad going mental as promotion was secured in 1985). Just need the motivating factor again to spend the money and time getting over to matches. Maybe the Championship Lancashire and Yorkshire away days will be it!

I'm working. So the decision has been taken out of my hands.

That first away match in the top flight will always be a classic. Garcia's looping header, (of course he meant it!) and the atmosphere was cracking. Bizarrely, I actually quite liked our last match there when back in the Championship, even though we lost. They were bloody lucky that day!

that was when Junior hoofed it straight at Kazim Richards on the 6 yard line and he knocked it in and we lost 1 0

You could make an Alex Bruce blunder video to rival that of Paul McShanes from his early days at Sunderland.

Knew we lost 1-0 and Kazim Richards scored....but I'd blanked the details from memory. Thanks for the reminder, :)

Just watched it on the 2012/13 DVD and that is slightly unfair. Junior came in to clear it under a bit of pressure and it got a lucky rebound. If there's any criticism, he could have been a bit calmer under pressure.

Plaggy? Do you know what work commitment is Kempton? Well?? Eh?

It is a bit of a pisser - I have this tri-weekly 24x7 on-call commitment whereby I have to be available within 30 mins of a call. For any **** that happens around Manchester, Liverpool etc.

If I happen to get a call and I respond with 'well I'm actually at this football match in Hull.......what?.....nah it's a bit **** really, but I'm still staying'......then I'd be out of a job, sacked, repossessed and begging on the plush streets of Hale and Bowdon. I cannot allow that to happen....

Suppose I am a bit of a plastic really now that I think about it.
