    At least until Rojo is fit, van Gaal likes a balanced centre back pairing (one left footed, one right footed) so won't play Smalling or Jones there.

    I see a lot of pundits have decided Utd are nowhere near the title this year now.

    A lot have the 4th... only a few put us up there.

    It is interesting to note that blind has been shuffled to cb as he's not precisely ideal for the slot... he'd be my first choice full back though....

    He has said it will be 433, that being the case he may put Herrera in for Mata and start him to the right with Carrick in the middle.

    Nah, he was to replace Valdes, the manager has said on MUtv tonight that we will need to sign a replacement if de Gea goes.
