I'm following Andy King's Bollocks lead and I've decided that Carlos Gerardo Rodríguez is the best player in Mexico and I'm not going to let the fact that I've never seen him play sway me from that view. And he's definitely better than Gallagher(probably). <laugh>

I never slagged Fryatt or Hobbs at any stage either before or after their time at Leicester.
In the case of Jack Hobbs he fits Pearsons direct style but lacks the pace to play Svens way--only time will tell which is more effective in the championship but I will never wish Jack anything but good luck.
I am a huge fan of Fryatt but he never quite got his form back after the horrific broken jaw against Doncaster (deliberate by the way and not even a free kick given) The problem with Matty is that he needs to be super fit to be deadly and without a reserve team he came back overweight and never made it back into the team--once again it was lack of pace that decided his future.
Im sure that Nigel will get the best out of him and I wish him well for the new season.
For those Hull fans having a swipe at our manager and new signings Id just say that talk is cheap and the new season will prove who is right but I fully expect us to be promoted this season

Did I ever say he was a ****e player?

I just said he was out of contract and so he was able to go on a free.

If he wasn't then his value would be quite considerable because of his goal scoring in a ****e team.

Roll on Dec 3rd. Cameron Stewart will have a field day against PK. Matt Mills has his work cut out if he has the likes of Peltier - Ledger - PK alongside him. PK was poor at Forest last season for starters. SSL got relegated. Peltier was only a lge 1 player. With Kasper in goal Leicester could suffer high scoring defeats.

I would be astounded if, given the ridiculous amounts of money your irresponsible owners are throwing about, you didn't expect to be promoted.

Leicester City fans are behaving like the vast majority of fans would behave; "A lovely megarich foreign owner is spending countless millions on our club!" "Woopee-doo, happy days, the rest are jealous!"

Undertandable maybe, but that doesn't make it right. If you do get promoted this season, so what? You don't deserve it in the way we did, or Swansea and Norwich have done or even QPR. All you have done is buy it. It's a bit like Sir dropping the answer sheet on your desk just before the exam; you will probably pass with flying colours, but your "achievement" is worth sh1t compared to that of the lad next to you who passed through hard work and doing the right thing.

So enjoy your promotion, if that is what happens. I'd rather do it the right way and our owners, despite also being very wealthy, will insist on the club joining with the vast majority of Championship Clubs (yourselves and West Ham apart) in trying to return football finances to a more responsible, sustainable and even enjoyable (competitively) footing.

Okay.

Konch was playing for Liverpool, we don't have the same standards as them. He was superb for Fulham however.

SSL was subject to a 4.25m bid from M'boro last season will fell through because of Southgates sacking.

Lee Peltier is one of the League one players of the season for last term. Just like Grant Holt, Steve Morrison and Wes Hoolahan we're the season before.

Who gives a ****?

We just want promotion who cares if we 'dont deserve it'.

Your telling me you wouldn't want to be in our situation are you?

Didn't think so.

Lester have paid WAY, WAY, WAY over the odds for their players, and they aren't even any good.

Peltier: err didn't we show him the door?; Mills: go and look at the Reading board, they're dancing in the streets; St.Ledger: £1.5m for a centre back that was relegated from the Championship last season, well done Maurice Lindsey!; £4.75m offer for Maynard, WHAT???? Has he played in the Prem or even for a successful Championship club?; Konchesky: probably an average Championship player and did well at Charlton and benefitted from the organisational talents of Woy Hodgeson, but again ridiculously overpriced at £1.5m.

The only players Lester have that would improve our squad would be Danns and King.

Konch was playing **** for Liverpool and then continued to play **** for Leicester, £1.5 is a decent price for a player with his record but if he has another season like the last one expect teams to target him

Southgate was sacked 2 years ago so the bid wasn't last season. Also, if he was worth that much why didn't Strachen complete the deal, maybe because he knew it was an over-inflated price and SSL's not that good. Either way you can't go around saying he was once worth £4.25m because Gareth Southgate thought so! He's a £1.5m player because that's what you bought him for, whether that'll prove value for money we'll see. Though he has been absolutely ****e for 2 seasons on the bounce now.

Lee Peltier has never looked better than a L1 player, last season nobody would have picked him as a definate NPC full back (especially for a promotion favourite) whereas 2 seasons ago everybody knew about Holt, Morison and Hoolahan. Nobody doubted they were NPC players playing in L1, to compare them to Peltier is frankly hilarious.

Nice try though

All i know is we have significantly improved our squad and team from last season. We had an appauling first 8 games under Sousa - yet we still finished above you (yes just - but still). Now from what i can gather your summer signings havent exactly lit up your squad, ahem adebola ahem.

And as for this, boo hoo your buying the success and its a hollow victory nonsense - wind your neck in. Its a sport - Its competitive – we all aim for the same achievements.

I recall that when you were in the old division 3 playing against teams like York City that you were the rich club that had a 5 year plan to make it into the premiership. The teams around you could not compete – yet here you are and the shoe is on the other foot and it doesn’t feel good.

IF and its is IF we get promoted then ask us next season when we are playing Man u et al if we hate the fact we ‘bought’ the league.

What's with Leicester fans obsession with Adebola? We all know he's not the most exciting signing in the world, but he's not going to be in the starting XI and he at least offers us the option of mixing things up a bit at the end of a game. Our signings have significantly improved our squad this summer, in addition to Adebola, there's:

McKenna (Florist Free)
Dudgeon (Man United £300k)
Evans (Man United £500k)
Hobbs (some club in the midlands £800k)

Next week we expect to complete the loan signings of Peter Gulasci(Liverpool) and Robby Brady(Man United), along with the probable permanent signing of No.2 keeper Adriano Basso.

Alongside the return of the Bullard to the first team plans, I'd say next seasons squad will be vastly better than last seasons.

This coming from a Club infamous for going into administration and writing off £50m worth of debt and on the back of that going on to cheat their way to promotion.

Try telling all those you Club robbed money from that it's just a sport, you can call it competitive and it is, but it seems Lester City fans aren't very good at acknowledging how they cheat in that competition.

What we achieved under Adam Pearson bears absolutely no comparison to what you are now doing, to pretend so is yet another example of your arrogance.

Enjoy it while it lasts, but if you get promoted remember everyone else will write off your "achievment" as merely buying success and will laugh at your celebrations.

Firstly how much do you think Sven has spent in his 2 seasons?

Secondly how much money do you think is enough to earn the title ‘buying a hollow victory’?

Thirdly, you last comments stinks of jealousy its insane.

I have a lot of respect for Hull – a number of your achievements have been commendable. But the vitriol you now direct at Leicester is uncalled for. Calling us cheats is simply pathetic and throwing your toys out the pram.

Remember that no one remembers second place!
