Of course bcaas are essential. They help the muscles absorb protein quicker hence your muscles get bigger, stronger and recover quicker. Not the biggest fan of just 5x5. I rotate between that with the pyramid systems of 10,9,8,7,6 and then the 5,4,3,2,1 system.
