I did, but I wanted to make the flame ******ant paint gag, it was the only line I could go with.

Yeah mate all good here, restarted the gym, body hurts, one of them nice pains though that you miss if you don't get enough of it. Demoralising when you see how much strength is lost but I'll soldier on.

You will soon get back up to strength believe me. I used to do bursts , a couple of mins rest and then another burst etc etc and I found that suited me.

All the best to you and yours mate, there's never a good time to have a headache.. ;)

You're old school, you still go to the car with a copy of Razzle and a blanket.[/QUOTE]

Never liked Razzle. I used to prefer car magazines....... such as Escort and Fiesta:emoticon-0140-rofl:

It's awful mate, just starting again this week really, 5x5 always works for me but I don't like doing it, I'll just have to persevere. I've not had leg doms for about three years until this week, after 5 sets of Zerchers and 5 sets of deads!

I'll get there, it's just **** at the beginning!

I'm off to the gym do do my chest at 9, so I might start tonight.

It's class for cutting mate, big heavy lifts. Hypertrophy training is good also but I need my strength up first again or I get demoralised.

If you need any pointers pm me I'm always researching this stuff on every level, just done a whole load of research on seasons, convinced myself to do some Yoga through winter!

Massive emphasis on sleep and rest to get optimum results from a workout routine which I guess is a bit harder for you with twins mate. That's why I looked at yoga, increasing the relaxing part apparently it's **** hot!

Thanks mate I will do :emoticon-0148-yes:.
It's abit of a nightmare for me at the moment getting into it as hard as I'd like to cause I work long hours and when I'm not at work I usually have my lads to look after while my lass works, hence the fact I don't get to the gym till 9pm when their in bed.I also do Jiu Jitsu once a week.
Some nights I physically have to drag myself there cause I'm that knackered.
To top it off my gym buddy's got a new job working away, so I'm a lone ranger now which is a bummer when I need a spotter.
There is light at the end of the tunnel though. My lads start nursery in January, so I'll have loads of xtra spare time to hopefully push myself up a level.

P.s. Yoga sounds like a good thing for me. I only average 5-6 hours kip a night.

Spotters are great but I prefer training alone, just a killer playlist is all I rely on. Motivation comes from people I can't ****ing stand, things that are wrong in my life, my eccentric Is always focussed on them ****ers so I can be explosive. It's a bit silly when I think about it but it just works!

Anger is a ****ing great tool when channeled into the gym!

I doubt anger works with Yoga though!

Right off to sleep, I'm up at 6 for more punishment!
