Nope:

The resignation of such an influential figure from the board of Rangers, in Douglas Park, seems to have been something hidden under the radar …… very low key reporting with not one of our illustrious media outlets questioning the reasoning behind it. Is this the first chink in the Glib & Shameless co façade I wonder. Lets face it Park was probably the ONLY member of the board with anything like a substantial financial backing…. where does that leave our already strapped for cash board I wonder?

I remember a couple of weeks back on here that it was mentioned that Park and King weren’t seeing eye too eye.Wonder if it’s the case now that Park has saw how King has told lies and conned him and rest of 3bears.So he’s had enough and told him too stuff it or could it because they did say that any Director wouldn’t have any other involement in Club.So now the bus contract has been awarded too Parks could that might also be reason

I think it’s important to consider how the scions of Douglas Park will continue to promote the Park brand. The RIFC bus concession in itself is not the pay-off. The brand is promoted by an association with Rangers, which leads to an increase in share value. Someone who is particularly adept at this is our convicted criminal chairman. He and his fellow fake accountant are notorious for their ability to convince the market that their business is in rude health and that they are in it for the long term, while secretly selling their equity to third parties and simultaneously buying stock to maintain the price. King pulled this stunt with DEF Ltd, which was listed on the JSE. DEF Ltd was the FX trading division of Specialist Outsourcing. Eighteen months after listing, it was gone with 150 staff losing their jobs

It looks to me like Douglas Park has said enough is enough and we will see no more loans, sorry investment from him. His son Graeme takes his place
to make sure it’s not forgotten that the Park,s are owed money by the club.
The reasons Douglas Park gave for stepping down are strange as he has no day to day duties with Rangers that would impact on his other commitments. I hope he is in good health.

The announcement was made at 10.30 p.m. so as to avoid the tabloid first editions. The timing is cynical and indicative of a board who are under financial siege. Mr Park was in the position long enough to reacquire the coach concession which many might speculate was his primary motivation.The conclusion to draw from this is simple. There will be no more soft loans or investment from Mr Park. Mr Park’s son will act as his proxy to ensure that his loans, due in December, are repaid.

Never displayed those tendencies personally but it does tickle me when some Gers fans accuse Celtic fans of having it.

We've seen more Paranoia in the last 3 years within Scottish Football than Bedlam saw in whole lifetime.
