Indeed. Tadic came flying out of the blocks and Mane was slow to get it together. Plenty of people said he wasn't that impressive and said Tadic was great. 6 months later it was a complete reversal. The truth is, either, or both, on their day, are fabulous players. Tadic played the 2nd half of last season slightly knackered and injured, so he was less of the fantastic player he was at the beginning. He still made Man U look stupid at OT though. Mane was blistering in the 2nd half of the season. Just think what they could be like throughout this coming season. The prospect is mouthwatering.
Couldn't agree more, we are blessed to have two of the more creative players in the premier league playing for us. Add to that Juanmi and a returning jayrod.. I'm so excited
I'm about to lose control. But on a serious note, I wonder where mane's ceiling actually is. Because I think he already gets into every PL team except arsenal and Chelsea, and he is still very young and improving all the time.
Well, there was that legend that preceded Mane coming here, that he was told, while at Red Bull Salzburg, that he could become one of the greatest players of the modern era. All he had to do was to keep learning because he has the talent. I think one of the reasons why he came to Saints was because we were the perfect club for nurturing his talent, whilst being a very competitive side in the PL. ...and I think I like it.!
I've got the Open Mic Night to run again. This is going to be a recurring problem if we get to the group stages...
Don't forget that John Terry named his hardest opponent last season ... that puts him on their radar . (unless Terry just meant he didn't know where Mane's girlfriend lived)
Ajax eliminated from the Champions League. That's our opponent in the next Europa League qualifying round decided, then...

The team departed around 10:45 to Niederhein in a different chariot than usual, another Boeing 737, this time 9H-MTF which is over 27 years old and had a long career with various airlines before becoming a VIP aircraft.
Looks like Ronald has been issued with an iron since his Vitesse days. Or Forbsie makes sure he is tidy before he is let out in public.
According to the text, that's a picture of him in his early days as manager at Vitesse. The lack of weight is a clue too. He took them into Europe, it appears. So he's dressed down since then.
